Custom Ordered Guitars:
50% nonrefundable deposit is required on custom ordered guitars. Balance is due upon completion of the order.
Shipping Charges:
There
will be a charge for shipping and handling of guitars. This will cover
insurance and Fedex ground shipping to anywhere in the contiguous 48
states. Shipping to other areas may require additional charges.
Approval:
There
is a 48 hour approval period from the time of delivery. ( this does not
include custom orders, or used guitars.) Please call us as soon as
possible if you have a question about the guitar. All amplifiers sales
are final.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with a
guitar, call us first. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All
returns must be insured by the customer for the full purchase price and
must be made within the first 72 hours following the receipt of the
guitar. The guitar must be packed in the same carton with the same
packing materials, manuals, warranty cards, and any other items that
came with the guitar. The guitar must be returned in the same condition
in which it was sold in order to be eligible for store credit. When we
receive the merchandise you will receive full store credit minus shipping,
insurance and a 10% handling fee,if applicable. No returns are available for custom
ordered guitars or guitars ordered without a case. No returns for overseas customers.
For all studio musicians and star types. We do not sell our High End Guitars for session use only to be returned. In this instance a 30% restocking fee will be assessed with the minimum being $200.00
Foreign or Overseas Orders
Customer is fully responsible for import and broker fees as well as value added taxes in their own country. If you do not pay them, we will deduct these fees from your credit card

Brandon was quite thrilled with his new weapon. I haven't been able to
get him to remove the white paper Gibson tag because he's apparently
trying to extend its newness . If they made something for
guitars like the stuff they make for used cars ("That New Car Smell"),
he'd probably have begun spraying it on by now.

Guitars is THE place for you to buy guitars. You won't find as wide
an assortment of brands and models for lefties anywhere else. What sets
them apart, though, is their desire to make you a happy customer. If
you are lucky enough to live within driving distance, then drive on over and be
in lefty heaven! If you have to have the guitar shipped, sight unseen,
then you are still in luck,I recently purchased a Gibson ES-335
that was cherry gloss, figured top, 60s neck and it was the most beautiful
electric guitar I have ever seen. Unfortunately, it was damaged in
shipping and I had to send it back. It can be repaired to "good as
or better than new" and I am sure its new player will love the
guitar. When I told Jim at Southpaw about the damage he came to the
rescue for me. He immediately contacted Gibson and obtained a
fresh-off-the-line ES-335 in Cherry gloss, figured top, and 60s neck.- an exact
replacement. Southpaw shipped it right away. I am
thrilled to have my dream guitar and I am a happy customer of Southpaw
Guitars. Only a specialist in lefites could have pulled this off.
We lefties have a hard time finding guitars. Let Southpaw make your

000-18 Golden Era Sunburst Martin from Southpaw Guitars. It sounds even better than it looks. I am a scientific editor in the twilight of
my career and have had a lifelong interest in learning to play an instrument. Following some medical issues, I decided that
life is too short to postpone my long-term goals. This led me into Martin territory, and Larry
at Southpaw was incredibly helpful in finding a guitar that would meet my
standards and motivate me to learn to play.
He succeeded admirably. I want to
play and write songs like Townes Van Zandt.
